Fitness and Games

Starting in the Summer of 2022, I plan to chronicle my health, fitness and nutrition journey as a way to encourage other people to share their journey as well.  As an avid workout and nutrition nerd, as well as a lover of games like pickleball and badminton, I want to have as much fitness fun as possible.  I want to share everything I've learned and learn everything others are willing to share.  Starting in the Fall of 2022, I will be offering group fitness, pickleball and badminton classes and workshops as well as fitness and nutrition tips.
